Union is developing a new, vibrant office destination at Valle with a focus on the environment and round the clock activity. Valle Wood is the very heart of Valle, and clearly stands out from the other buildings in the area. It is Norway’s largest commercial building made of solid wood. It offers an outward-looking service concept that accommodates INC.’s flexible office and meeting room centre, coffee shop, staff restaurant and the Trewerket restaurant. INC. offers bright, spacious offices, fully equipped meeting rooms, excellent common areas with telephone booths and kitchens with tea and coffee included. The building is environmentally certified (BREEAM Excellent), and uses 40% less energy than traditional office buildings. The building has parking, bicycle parking, changing and shower facilities. This building is one of a kind, in the heart of an area undergoing major development.
